We gathered experience and know-how about exclusive rods for special methods of maruika (Uroteuthis edulis) fishing such as “zero-tension on the bottom” and “medium-depth approach”. While inheriting the Kaijin’s concept, which is easy for beginners to handle but also convinces experts, new advantages have been added by the rod length of 160cm.

・The standard action useful for several methods of maruika such as zero-tension, medium-depth approach.
・The tip section that is not too soft reduces the unnecessary vibration when the zero tension method is applied, and the angler can make fine actions and hook up smoothly.
・160cm length is easy to take enough stroke to make the action of rig and also effective to use “chokubura” rig.
