alphatackle’s Versatile Rod Series for Multi-purpose from Light Game to Medium Deep Sea.
The game fishing rods must have the high versatility, lightness and maneuverability so that the light carbon materials are often used for other rods. The carbon material is indeed light but the capacity is limited and not versatile for different situations. On the other hand, normal glass materials make the versatile rods but the lightness and maneuverability are reduced.
MPG (Magnum Power Glass) is an unique glass material of alphatackle that bends more largely and durable because it’s flexible than carbon. The rods in this series are shaped from this material with the tubular structure so that these rods acquire the lightness and sensitivity.
The blanks of 64 FULL ARMED and 73 FULL ARMED are made by MPG material 100 to make most beautiful bending curves. These rods bend widely in accordance with the load and the angler can use the thinner line to enjoy the game fishing.
For 82 models, the GC MPG blank (carbon tubular axis + MPG layer) is selected to realize the moderate fast action with the smooth bending and sensitivity.
*The handle is not included with the rods in DeckStick series. You may get an Aluminum handle (NLB-16S/NLB16 LONG ) to use DeckStick.
*The measurements on the spec chart are measured in the state combined with NLB-16S.
*If you set NLB-16 LONG on the rod, the length of the rod becomes 5cm longer than the length on the spec chart.
* A chloroprene cover that can be used in the state combined with the reel is included in NLB-16S/NLB16 LONG.
